The Role

Owning the people agenda across Southeast Asia - from strategy to execution:

• Serve as the primary HR Business Partner for all SEA business divisions, advising regional leadership on workforce planning and talent strategy
• Lead end-to-end talent acquisition across all seniority levels, driving process optimisation and automation
• Champion performance management, L&D, and the rollout of development programmes across the region
• Drive organisational design and the build-out of Assignment Management capabilities
• Manage employee relations matters in line with Southeast Asia labour laws and compliance requirements
• Lead, develop, and uplift the regional HR team across multiple markets

What We're Looking For

A credible, commercially minded HR leader ready to drive real change:

• Degree in HR, Business, or a related discipline
• 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a senior HRBP or HR leadership role
• Deep knowledge of Southeast Asia employment practices, labour law, and compliance
• Background in professional services, consulting, or technology is highly valued
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and advise at executive level
• Proven experience leading and developing an HR team across multiple markets
• Native-level English proficiency; proficiency in an Asian language is a plus
