The Role
Here's where you'll make your mark:
  • Craft and execute a people strategy aligned to regional business objectives
  • Streamline HR policies, governance frameworks, and compliance structures across Malaysia and Singapore
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment and contribute to employer branding efforts
  • Manage employee relations, engagement initiatives, and disciplinary processes
  • Design and implement performance management and talent development programmes
  • Oversee payroll processes and statutory compliance across both markets (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, CPF)
What We're Looking For
You'll bring the following to the table:
  • 7-12 years of progressive HR experience, including 3-5 years in a senior HR Manager or HRBP capacity
  • A track record of building or establishing HR functions in standalone or greenfield settings
  • Solid understanding of Malaysian and Singaporean employment legislation
  • Background in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or a regulated sector is a strong advantage
  • Degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field; CIPD or SHRM certification is a plus
