Regional Financial Controller (Manufacturing)

About the Company

This company is in the Manufacturing industry with a strong focus on producing industrial products. They are operating from multiple locations but is prioritising the search for a Regional Financial Controller to be based at their office in Selangor. This is a 100% on-site role.

Your role

You will report to a Regional Head of Finance and manage a team here. You will be overseeing the day-to-day financial activities of the team which supports a few countries in this region. Key responsibilities of this role includes Financial Accounting & Reporting, Cashflow Management, Management Reporting, Cashflow Planning, FP&A, Audit and Cost Management. As a key member of the senior leadership team, you will support senior management in strategic business planning and financial analysis. Due to the nature of the business being in manufacturing, cost accounting is also a key area that you'll be focusing on. Some travelling in this region would be required from time to time.

Key Requirements

You will need a minimum of 15 years experience in a progressive role within Finance & Accounting along with strong exposure in the Manufacturing industry. Candidates with experience managing teams across different seniority levels and locations would have added advantage. You will also need to be skilled in Cost Accounting and Management. To thrive in this role, it is important to be multilingual.
