The Role

Manage the relationships. Keep the orders moving. Support the growth. Here's what you'll be doing:

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships across the APAC region, serving as the primary point of contact for order enquiries and day-to-day needs
• Coordinate customer orders across supply chain, operations, finance, and quality assurance teams
• Monitor shipment progress, credit terms, and support payment collections
• Manage receipt of customer-supplied materials and coordinate product delivery or collection
• Plan material schedules for key private label accounts and prepare costings and quotations
• Process and verify sales orders and purchase orders accurately and on time
• Support the development of in-house brand marketing collaterals and maintain accurate ERP system records

What We're Looking For

A detail-oriented, commercially minded team player:

• Diploma or Degree in any discipline
• Proactive, relationship-driven, and able to manage tight deadlines with strong attention to detail
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in English and/or Mandarin (verbal and written)
• Competent in MS Office (Word and Excel); knowledge of ERP systems is an advantage
