The Role

Explore, develop, grow - here's what you'll be responsible for:

• Identify and develop new market opportunities locally and internationally across the full product portfolio
• Grow and diversify the customer base while sustaining strong relationships with existing accounts
• Deliver compelling product presentations to prospective and current customers
• Design and execute customer relations programmes and manage marketing activities including reporting and project delivery
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to monitor trends and inform sales requirements
• Contribute to sales and marketing strategy plans aligned with overall business growth objectives
• Drive personal and team sales targets, pushing for consistent growth in market share

What We're Looking For

A motivated, commercially astute professional:

• Bachelor's Degree or Post-Graduate Diploma in Marketing, Engineering, or an equivalent discipline
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and marketing with a proven record of achieving targets
• Experience in aluminium or metal products sales - particularly for overseas markets - is a distinct advantage
• Creative thinker with strong analytical ability
• Self-motivated and customer-oriented, with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
• Proficient in English and Mandarin; additional language skills are an advantage
• Willing to travel domestically and overseas
