The Role
  • Design and execute experiments to support the development of new products and processes
  • Oversee laboratory testing, product analysis, and cost and margin evaluations
  • Leverage specialist knowledge of spray-drying and dairy manufacturing to resolve complex technical challenges
  • Uphold food safety, quality, and EHS standards across all R&D activities
  • Run and maintain bench-top and pilot-scale processing equipment
  • Coach and develop team members, building technical capability within the wider function
What We're Looking For
  • Degree in Food Science & Technology or a closely related science discipline
  • 8-10 years of experience in dairy product development, including 3-5 years at management level
  • Broad familiarity with a range of dairy ingredients, backed by direct plant or manufacturing experience
  • Strong organisational skills with a track record of managing teams, projects, and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English and Malay
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work with a high degree of autonomy
