Our client, a globally recognised leader in the energy industry, is seeking a driven procurement specialist to join their team on a 2-year contract in Petaling Jaya.

The Role
Own the full procurement cycle - from strategy through to delivery:
  • Lead sourcing strategies and end-to-end procurement activities across assigned projects
  • Negotiate contracts, manage supplier relationships, and conduct risk assessments
  • Support bid preparation with accurate and reliable material cost data
  • Track and analyse procurement KPIs, implementing corrective actions as required
  • Coordinate budget planning in alignment with cross-functional teams
  • Maintain compliance with procurement policies, standards, and guidelines
What We're Looking For
Here's what you'll need to succeed in this role:
  • Degree in Materials Management, Procurement, Supply Chain, or equivalent
  • 5-7 years' experience in offshore and marine procurement, including FPSO environments
  • Strong technical knowledge across specialised equipment in power, control, and automation systems
  • Experienced managing both local and international suppliers
  • Proficient in SAP and MS Office
  • Comfortable working independently in a growing project environment
  • Fluent Mandarin speaker
