Project Manager

Our client is a global FMCG company in Selangor. Due to rapid expansion, they are currently seeking a Project Manager.


Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage projects related to the development, manufacturing, sales, and service of company products.
• Collaborate with R&D teams to define project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including tasks, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Coordinate with manufacturing teams to ensure efficient production processes, quality control, and timely delivery of products.
• Work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies, pricing, and promotional plans.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
• Conduct regular project meetings to update stakeholders on progress, milestones, and any changes to project scope or requirements.
• Manage relationships with suppliers, vendors, and external partners to ensure alignment with project goals and quality standards.
• Prepare and present project status reports to senior management, highlighting key metrics, achievements, and areas for improvement.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes, enhance product quality, and optimize project outcomes.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the consumer goods or manufacturing industry.
• Strong understanding of product development lifecycle, from concept to commercialization.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to effectively manage cross-functional teams and foster a collaborative work environment.
• Demonstrated experience in project planning, budget management, and risk assessment.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• PMP or other project management certification is desirable.
