The Role

Keeping initiatives on track and stakeholders aligned, you will:

• Support end-to-end delivery of investment-backed growth initiatives across merchant and partner ecosystems
• Coordinate activities across agencies, merchants, partners and internal teams to meet delivery milestones
• Develop and maintain initiative materials, partner inputs, approval packs and implementation documentation
• Track and report on initiative progress, key performance indicators and agreed outcomes
• Manage approvals, governance requirements and documentation for funded programme activities
• Support merchant acceptance efforts and new vertical enablement workstreams

What We're Looking For

You'll hit the ground running if you have:

• Solid experience in programme coordination, project support or initiative delivery
• Strong organisational and documentation skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities
• Confident stakeholder engagement across internal teams, external partners and agencies
• A track record of tracking and reporting initiative performance against defined objectives
• A background in payments, financial services or ecosystem partnerships is an advantage
• A degree in Business, Communications or a related field
