Production Supervisor

Our client is a well-known British MNC in the heavy manufacturing industry. They are currently looking for a Production Supervisor to join their team.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee Production Process: Supervise the production line to ensure that manufacturing processes are running smoothly and efficiently.
2. Quality Control: Ensure products meet quality standards and specifications. Implement and enforce quality control and tracking programs to meet quality objectives.
3. Staff Management: Manage and supervise production staff. This includes hiring, training, evaluating performance, and when necessary, disciplining and firing employees.
4. Scheduling: Develop and maintain production schedules to ensure timely delivery of products. Coordinate with other departments to ensure optimal efficiency.
5. Safety Compliance: Ensure all safety guidelines are followed strictly and maintain a clean and orderly environment.
6. Reporting: Prepare and present production reports. Keep records of employees' productivity.
7. Problem-Solving: Identify production problems, develop solutions, and implement them in a timely manner.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or similar role.
• Knowledge of production management and quality standards.
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Problem-solving skills.
