Production Supervisor

We're seeking an experienced Production Supervisor for a fast-growing manufacturing MNC to lead one of their shifts, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality production while building a motivated and disciplined team.

What You'll Do

• Lead and manage all production activities during your shift

• Ensure targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules are met

• Plan manpower allocation and oversee smooth shift handovers

• Coach and develop a team of ~30 operators with 2-3 Team Leads

• Uphold discipline, performance, and workplace standards

• Drive compliance with safety procedures, SOPs, and quality requirements

• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Warehouse, and Sales teams

• Support continuous improvement initiatives and process upgrades

What We're Looking For

• Diploma or degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field (preferred)

• Minimum 3 years' experience supervising a production shift in manufacturing

• Proven ability to lead teams of 20+ employees

• Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills

• Confident in handling discipline and performance management

• Good communication and problem-solving abilities

• Willingness to work rotating shifts
