The Role
A dynamic, field-based position that puts you at the heart of client engagement:
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities while expanding your client base within your designated territory
  • Deliver engaging product demonstrations, presentations, and hands-on application training
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and tender documentation to support the sales cycle
  • Collect and present market intelligence and customer feedback to guide business planning
  • Support the coordination of trade events and assist with client delivery processes
  • Submit timely and accurate sales reports and activity plans
What We're Looking For
Someone who brings energy, drive, and a customer-first approach:
  • A degree or diploma in Applied Sciences, Biomedical, Engineering, Nursing, Optometry, or a related discipline
  • Prior experience in the eye care or medical devices industry is a distinct advantage
  • Strong written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate in local dialects
  • A valid driving licence, including GDL
  • A self-starter who is innovative, resourceful, and thrives under pressure
  • Physically fit with normal colour vision, and comfortable with regular fieldwork and occasional weekend or holiday commitments
