Product Designer

Job Responsibilities:

• Conducting user research and user interview to understand user behavior and pain points.
• Transforming business and user insights into desirable customer journey by executing mobile-first design mock-ups.
• Supporting wireframing and rapid prototyping to validate concepts with both business and users.
• Running usability test or A/B test for making data-driven decisions.
• Liaising effectively with product managers and developers for alignment to implement your designs.
• Executing the design process for various country teams, and further collaborating with the global design team across UI/UX or product to improve group design processes and systems.

Job Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in UX, HCI, Web Design, Multimedia or equivalent professional experience is valued.
• 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in designin high practical use of interfaces for a variety of mobile/tablet/web products.
• Strong understanding of typography, iconography,and composition.
• Expert with industry standard design tools and systems i.e.,Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and etc.
• Experience in animation or interaction design works (site map, user personas, journey mapping).
• Experience in UX or User Research is advantageous.
