The Role

A broad, high-impact compliance leadership position spanning regulation, process, and people:

• Track regulatory developments across local, national, and international standards, delivering timely impact assessments
• Build and implement product compliance strategies that meet legal and quality requirements
• Assess compliance risks on new and amended products, with clear mitigation plans in place
• Manage relationships with testing laboratories, certification bodies, and regulatory authorities
• Drive process improvement initiatives and maintain accurate compliance records and documentation
• Lead and develop the compliance team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement

What We're Looking For

A detail-oriented, commercially minded compliance leader:

• 8+ years of experience in regulatory affairs and product compliance
• Proven background in a regulatory compliance role within a similar industry
• Strong project management, analytical, and cross-functional coordination skills
• Proficient in English and Mandarin, both verbal and written
• People management experience with a track record of motivating and developing teams
