The Role
Drive sourcing excellence across a broad portfolio of categories and stakeholders.
  • Lead end-to-end sourcing activities - from RFI/RFP/RFQ through to supplier selection and contract execution
  • Develop and deliver category sourcing strategies aligned to business objectives
  • Negotiate and manage complex supplier contracts, commercial terms, and service agreements
  • Conduct market intelligence and supplier analysis to inform strategic decisions
  • Manage contract lifecycle activity including renewals, amendments, and documentation
  • Champion process improvement initiatives to enhance sourcing efficiency and cross-team collaboration
  • Engage and influence stakeholders across a global, cross-regional matrix organisation
What We're Looking For
A commercially sharp, Mandarin-speaking procurement professional ready to step up.
  • At least 6 years' experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain within a structured or global organisation
  • Fluency in Mandarin - essential for day-to-day engagement with China-based stakeholders
  • Hands-on experience across the full Source-to-Contract lifecycle
  • Proven negotiation capability and strong commercial acumen
  • Confident managing multiple complex projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Adept at working across cultures and geographies within a matrix structure
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
