Principal Architect (ServiceNow)

Job description

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead ServiceNow CSM architecture and solution design
  • Build intuitive, high‑performance user experiences using UI Builder
  • Drive platform performance, scalability, and governance
  • Oversee integrations using REST/SOAP, IntegrationHub, and MID Servers
  • Mentor teams and collaborate with global business & IT stakeholders

Key requirement:

  • Extensive hands‑on experience in ServiceNow architecture and development
  • Deep expertise in CSM, ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and SecOps
  • Strong technical skills in JavaScript, Glide scripting, Flow Designer & UI Builder
  • ServiceNow certifications (CTA highly preferred)
