Payment Operations Lead

Job Description:

• Lead and manage day-to-day responsibilities such as monitoring the cause of payment declines and assessments of payment card fees.
• Analyse various areas of the business to identify trends or opportunities for process optimisation or payment channel integration.
• Lead the directions of the team to solve daily payments issues creatively, to ensure optimal payment acceptance practices with other core departments.
• Continuously seek for initiative to reduce payment costs or come up with new payment initiatives.
• Lead all payment channel transaction costs and cost efficiency, to achieve company's mission and vision,
• Able to see through root cause of problems and come up with impactful strategies to drive business change in daily operation.
• Continuously analyse the internal and external environment within the Payment industry to ensure that we remain highly competitive in the market

Requirements:

• Candidates must possess at least Bachelor's Degree / Diploma.
• Experienced Project / Payment Project candidates from Fintech or E-wallet is preferred.
• Minimum 8-10 years working experience, experienced in managing a team of more than 20 is preferred.
• Strong understanding on payment card brand rules and regulations, payments acceptance process and systems involved.
• Strong ability to manage and groom a young and dynamic team.
• Advanced Excel skills with knowledge of SQL (Structured Query Language), Power Query and VBA (Visual Basic for Applications).
