The Role:

The main objective is to manage relationships with customers to place orders, issue invoices, perform collections and handle customer service. This role will be tasked to manage relationship cross-functionally in accordance with best practice policies.

Key Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Coordinate orders received and prioritise urgent orders to ensure a positive customer experience
  • Attend to customer's purchase orders requests and enquiry such as stocks, delivery date and special handling in a timely manner
  • Oversee delivery to customers and arrange with logistics services provider and generate invoices to customers
  • Manage and follow up on open orders and back orders to ensure customers' request are attended to
  • Analyse and generate reports to ensure compliance with SOX and company business requirement
  • Coordinate with replenishment team on stock supplies and advise customers accordingly
  • Support global and regional projects and ensure accurate, efficient and compliant order processing

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferable in a Business Administration or relevant disciplines
  • Minimum 2 years of in Order Management / Order Processing
  • Experience with SAP O2C module
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills across all levels of the organization
  • Strong team building skills and ability to effectively influence others
  • Strong compliance orientation within and attention to detail
  • Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills, a flexible, collaborative and team-oriented approach to problem solving, and an ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
  • Proficient in English is mandatory; multi-lingual is required if you support Japan or Korea
