They are looking for an Esports League Operations Manager to join their team in KL Eco City, Kuala Lumpur. The Role
A broad and fast-moving remit across league and tournament operations:
  • Plan and execute match-day tournament flows, coordinating across internal departments and external vendors
  • Own the development and upkeep of tournament rulebooks, calendars, formats and brackets
  • Manage roster processes including registrations, transfers and prizepool distribution
  • Lead team and player engagement, including hospitality, manager meetings and performance development initiatives
  • Oversee the management of female esports teams within the local market
  • Support the league's preparation for franchising qualifications
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate will have:
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in esports or the gaming industry
  • Genuine passion for competitive gaming and a strong understanding of the esports landscape
  • Strong proficiency in both English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Solid project management skills and a sharp eye for detail
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Suite
