Our Client is a top player in the gaming industry. They are looking for an E-sports Operations Lead to join their team!
Responsibilities
Planning and execution of the match day tournament flow and coordinate with all departments to ensure the smoothness of the event.
Be responsible for the testing and management of the tournament device throughout the season to ensure the requirement of tournaments and sponsors for devices are well accommodated.
Be responsible for the standard formulation and training of referees by coordinating with vendor.
Be responsible for the formulation of the SOPs for on-ground operation for learning and improvement.
Be responsible for the formulation, revision and enhancement of the tournament rulebook based on the requirement of the product, teams, players, and related stakeholders.
Be responsible for the formulation of esports calendar and tournament match-ups and coordinate with stakeholders from both internal and external to deconflict.
Requirements
2+ years experience in the field of esports or games; Squad-related experience is preferred;
Highly proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Strong communication and writing skills;
Familiar with the Microsoft Office Suite; Google Suite experience is preferred; Capability to independently process information and requests in a teamwork environment;
A detail-oriented self-starter with patience and strong sense of responsibility, project management experience is preferred
