Currently on the lookout for an Office Experience Lead, you will have the opportunity to support the collaborative and diverse culture of innovation as overseeing the daily operations of office operations.

As a qualified Office Experience Lead, the candidate should possess the following:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in office and facilities management
  • Excellent experience in maintaining office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement
  • Managing new office builds and fast-paced expansions, capacity and space planning and implementation of new processes and procedures.
  • Managing office-wide CAPEX and OPEX
  • Ensuring that facilities meet government regulations and environmental, health and security standards
  • Excellent computer skills, including a high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
