Why Apply?

This is a broad, hands-on role where no two days are the same. You'll work across a varied technology stack - Fortinet, Aruba, Cisco, and Meraki - in a business where network reliability drives operational performance. Regional and global IT exposure adds real depth and development potential.

The Role

Own and support a broad, multi-site network environment:

• Troubleshoot advanced on-premise and cloud network infrastructure issues
• Design and deploy functional networks including LAN, WLAN, and WAN
• Monitor network availability and performance, implement security hardening, and maintain documentation
• Administer Windows Server network services, including Radius, DNS, and DHCP
• Support new site provisioning, site moves, telephony administration, and vendor coordination
• Contribute to SD-WAN, cloud telephony, and network automation improvement projects

What We're Looking For

A technically strong network professional comfortable across platforms and protocols:

• A diploma or degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline
• Professional networking certification (CCNA, Fortinet NSE, or equivalent) is an advantage
• Solid background in network administration, firewall management, and wireless networking
• Strong grasp of TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, and VoIP (SIP/ISDN)
• Hands-on experience with Fortinet, Aruba, Cisco, or Cisco Meraki
• Familiarity with network monitoring tools such as PRTG or SolarWinds
• Cloud telephony or Microsoft Teams Telephony experience is an advantage
• Willingness to support out-of-hours incidents and planned changes when required
