Our client is a globally established organisation with a complex, multi-site network landscape. They're seeking an experienced Network Architect to take ownership of infrastructure performance, drive innovation, and elevate network reliability across the organisation.

Here's what you'll be taking on:

• Build, manage, and evolve site network infrastructure to deliver consistent high performance and reliability
• Act as the go-to networking specialist, handling complex support enquiries and delivering timely resolutions
• Lead network automation efforts to enhance service delivery and build self-service capabilities for end users
• Support network aspects of business transformation activities, including mergers, acquisitions, and demergers
• Define and implement network processes and procedures, aligning with broader technology standards
• Contribute to network investment planning and provide accurate performance reporting for key stakeholders
• Train, mentor, and support network specialists and broader technology teams
• Champion a shift from reactive to proactive network support

Here's what you'll need:

• Proven expertise with Cisco Meraki (essential)
• Python scripting skills for network automation (essential)
• A university degree in Computer Science or a comparable level of relevant industry experience
• ITSM knowledge, ideally with ITIL Foundation certification or equivalent
• Strong project management skills and a track record of delivering results
• Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate complex technical scenarios to diverse audiences
• A service-oriented mindset with the confidence to engage stakeholders at all levels
