Here's what your day-to-day will look like:

• Developing and maintaining site network infrastructure to ensure high performance and reliability
• Leading network automation efforts to improve services and enable user self-service
• Resolving network support enquiries and driving a shift from reactive to proactive support
• Supporting network aspects of business change events such as mergers and acquisitions
• Aligning and implementing network-related processes and procedures across the organisation
• Advising on network investment budgets and providing accurate performance reporting
• Delivering training and documentation for both technical teams and end users

You'll stand out if you bring:

• Hands-on experience with Cisco and Unifi networking technologies
• Proficiency in Python for network automation and scripting
• Solid experience with VoIP telephony systems
• ITIL Foundation knowledge or equivalent ITSM experience
• A degree in Computer Science or equivalent industry experience
• Project management skills with a proven track record of delivering results
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
• A proactive, innovative mindset and the drive to challenge and improve the status quo
