The Role A senior opening for a seasoned techno-functional professional to lead Basel regulatory reporting change across project and CR delivery cycles.
  • Participate in requirements gathering and BRD reviews, producing detailed functional specifications and securing stakeholder sign-off
  • Conduct system impact analysis and prepare data mapping specifications for Basel computation
  • Support development, SIT, and UAT phases, resolving techno-functional queries across teams
  • Step up as Technical Delivery Manager to own end-to-end project execution when required
  • Lead a team of direct reports, managing risks, issues, and timelines through to closure
  • Liaise with business partners and vendors on regulatory risk reporting changes
What We're Looking For You'll bring technical depth and a delivery mindset to hit the ground running in a complex, regulated environment.
  • 12+ years of techno-functional experience in financial services
  • Proven expertise in Basel computation and reporting - credit risk or market risk
  • Hands-on experience with Moody's Risk Authority or an equivalent regulatory risk platform
  • Working knowledge of Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, and Unix
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
  • Demonstrated experience leading and managing a team
