The Role

From awareness to pipeline - here's where you'll make your mark:

  • Design and execute multi-channel lead generation campaigns spanning digital, events, partnerships, and outbound activity
  • Take full ownership of the marketing funnel from awareness through to MQL and SQL conversion targets
  • Develop and manage sales enablement assets including pitch decks, case studies, brochures, and campaign toolkits
  • Leverage CRM and marketing automation platforms to manage lead capture, nurturing, and handover workflows
  • Track, report, and continuously optimise campaign performance using data and dashboards
  • What We're Looking For

A commercially minded B2B marketer ready to connect strategy with real results:

  • 5-8 years of B2B marketing experience, with a strong focus on lead generation
  • Proven ability to collaborate closely with sales teams in a revenue-driven environment
  • Background in industrial, manufacturing, technology, or professional services is a distinct advantage
  • Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into meaningful, actionable insights
