The Role

In this permanent role, your key responsibilities will include:

• Tracking ophthalmic device market trends across industry publications, digital channels and social media
• Building and maintaining relationships with key opinion leaders to gather timely market insights
• Identifying emerging technologies, new entrants and potential partner companies through ongoing research
• Monitoring competitor activities and producing regular reports for internal management
• Maintaining detailed SOPs to ensure consistency and accuracy across all research processes
• Proposing improvements to enhance the efficiency and quality of intelligence outputs

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will bring:

• A degree in a relevant field, with at least 3 years of market research experience
• A proactive, resourceful approach to gathering and interpreting market data
• Prior exposure to the eyecare or broader healthcare industry is a distinct advantage
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly to stakeholders
