The Role

Owning end-to-end project delivery across a complex, multi-project construction portfolio:

• Set and execute the project management strategy, aligning portfolio delivery with broader business objectives
• Take full P&L ownership, driving project margins through cost control, procurement efficiency, and risk mitigation
• Establish governance frameworks, KPIs, and reporting to ensure consistent delivery on time, on budget, and to standard
• Proactively manage commercial, operational, and safety risks across all active projects
• Cultivate and maintain key relationships with clients, government bodies, consultants, and strategic partners
• Develop and inspire senior project teams, driving a culture of accountability, safety, and innovation
• Champion lean construction and digital tools, including BIM and ERP, to improve execution efficiency

What We're Looking For

An accomplished construction executive ready to lead at the very top:

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; MBA preferred
• 15+ years in construction or project management, including significant time at Project Director, General Manager or Managing Director level
• A strong track record managing large-scale infrastructure or commercial building portfolios
• Sound knowledge of contract management, project controls, cost management, and scheduling
• Commercially sharp, strategic thinker with strong stakeholder influence and negotiation skills
• Resilient, decisive, and deeply committed to safety and operational excellence
