The Role
Keeping the engine running across loan agency and wider loan operations - here's what you'll own:
  • Manage deal and facility setup, including complex loan amendments, in Loan IQ
  • Oversee daily workflows, quality targets, and operational productivity
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for business partners and operational teams across multiple regions
  • Ensure accurate reconciliation of departmental accounts and timely resolution of outstanding items
  • Champion continuous process improvements and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Lead cost control and resource efficiency initiatives across the function
What We're Looking For
A technically strong operator with a sharp eye for detail and a collaborative approach:
  • 3-5 years' experience in loan operations or a processing environment
  • Solid working knowledge of Loan IQ and syndicated loan products
  • Familiarity with LMA documentation for agency transactions
  • Degree or post-graduate qualification in any discipline
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
  • Comfortable with shift hours and cross-time-zone working
  • Client-focused, with proven stakeholder management capability
