Our Client
The company is one of the supermajors in the oil and gas industry with the highest revenue in the world. As a mature organisation who holds strongly to its values, the company is seeking for highly competent major incident specialist to join its growing team in KL.

The Role
You're part of the team that is involved in the major transformation programme across the information technology and services function. In this position, you'll be responsible in running the incident management processes to undertake the service restoration of major incidents. You'll be working closely with the remote incident managers to form the broader incident management team.

The Successful Applicant
You have foundation qualification in ITIL V3 with solid experience in major incident management. You have proven track record in ITSM best practices and you're comfortable in working on a 24/7 shift pattern. Your previous experience in service delivery in multi-location operations in highly desirable.
