The Role

A hands-on, regionally focused logistics operations position:

• Plan and coordinate transportation activities, including freight documentation and 3PL communications
• Monitor OTIF KPIs and escalate operational issues to central teams promptly
• Analyse customs broker costs, define clearance scope, and maintain end-to-end process documentation
• Prepare cost reports and operational performance data for stakeholder review
• Supervise warehouse operations and manage non-automated logistics tasks
• Identify process gaps and lead continuous improvement initiatives across the logistics function

What We're Looking For

A results-driven, analytically minded logistics professional:

• Proficient in SAP/S4 HANA and advanced Microsoft Excel
• Strong market knowledge of the logistics industry and service providers
• Solid experience in 3PL management, customs processes, and logistics operations
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
• High level of resilience and accountability, with the ability to perform under tight deadlines
• Proficient in Mandarin to liaise with business partners in China.
