Our client is on the lookout for a Lead, Customer Analytics - One who spearheads all the analytical efforts in sales, marketing operations and customer experience across the organisation.
The incumbent should have a strong familiarity with key strategic areas in the telco industry, such as customer experience, digitization, retention, customer lifecycle management, process re-design, and lean management.
The qualified candidate for Lead - Customer Analytics should possess the following:
- Solid experience in chatbots development, customer and decide predictions and machine visions for marketing attribution
- Ability to lead analytical efforts across sales, marketing and customer operations
- Good understanding of AI, machine learning and natural language processing
- Experience in managing a team of 5 at least
- Good articulation skills
- Applicants with management consultants experience or telecommunication background will be prioritized
