What You Will Build

AI Voice Agents

Design and deliver end-to-end voice AI solutions, including inbound call handling, lead qualification, and customer query resolution, operating 24/7 at enterprise scale. You'll integrate with telephony providers, IVR platforms, and CRM systems using technologies such as Twilio, Vapi, and Bland.ai.

Conversational AI (Chat & WhatsApp)

Architect multi-turn conversational AI for WhatsApp Business API, web chat, and in-app experiences. Build context-aware systems that integrate seamlessly with client ERP, CRM, and backend platforms.

Document Intelligence & KYC Automation

Lead the design of AI-powered document processing pipelines, including OCR, data extraction, classification, and validation for financial services, insurance, and fintech clients. This includes KYC onboarding workflows, compliance automation, and audit trail generation.

LLM Architecture

Own the design of RAG pipelines, LLM selection, prompt engineering strategies, and agent frameworks across all RisingPoint AI products. Balance technical performance with commercial considerations, including API cost management and model evaluation.

Team Leadership

Manage the Senior AI/ML Engineer, Senior Backend & Automation Engineer, and BI & Data Engineer. Conduct code reviews, set engineering standards, unblock delivery issues, and report progress and risks directly to the Managing Director.
