The Role

Lead the region, grow the business - here's what you'll be doing:

• Own and deliver regional revenue targets, sales growth, and margin objectives
• Develop and execute a regional sales strategy aligned with broader business goals
• Build, manage, and motivate a network of distributors and channel partners
• Manage strategic accounts including hotel chains, restaurant groups, and institutional clients
• Lead complex, project-based opportunities across hospitality, healthcare, and foodservice
• Promote a complete warewashing system approach - equipment, chemicals, water treatment, and service
• Collaborate with technical, marketing, and service teams to deliver tailored customer solutions

What We're Looking For

A results-driven sales professional ready to hit the ground running:

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in commercial dishwashing or professional foodservice equipment
• Proven track record managing distributor networks and regional sales territories
• Strong exposure to HoReCa or institutional markets
• Excellent commercial, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Willingness to travel regularly across the assigned region
