The Role

Own the accounts, drive the growth - here's what you'll be doing:

• Develop and execute strategic account plans to grow market penetration and drive long-term revenue
• Maintain an accurate CRM pipeline, tracking opportunities to support forecasting accuracy and gross profit targets
• Build and strengthen customer relationships through proactive communication, responsive service delivery, and continuous improvement
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximise value from existing accounts
• Collaborate with operations, pricing, customer service, and finance teams to ensure seamless delivery against customer commitments
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform pricing and business strategy decisions

What We're Looking For

A customer-focused, commercially aware logistics professional:

• 5 years of experience in a key account or business development role within logistics, warehousing, or fulfilment
• Solid understanding of contract logistics, warehouse services, and fulfilment operations
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence at all levels
• Analytical mindset with a solution-oriented approach to problem-solving
• Proven track record in building and maintaining lasting customer relationships
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field
• Willingness to travel to meet clients and attend industry events
