The Role You'll be the backbone keeping senior leaders on track, on time :

• Manage busy, multi-stakeholder calendars and schedule meetings across time zones
• Coordinate travel from start to finish flights, hotels, and transfers
• Handle high-volume communications confidently in both Japanese and English
• Keep CRM contacts current and support relationship management activities
• Process expense reports accurately and without delay
• Support and collaborate with a regional team of Personal Assistant across APAC
  

What We're Looking For Detail-obsessed, highly organised, and fluent in Japanese and English - here's what you'll need:

• JLPT N1 or above - native-level spoken and written Japanese is a must
• Strong written and verbal English at business level
• At least 2-3 years' experience in a PA, or administrative support role
• A degree or equivalent qualification
• Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook
• Calm under pressure with a sharp eye for detail
• Legal right to work in Malaysia
