Japanese Liaison Specialist

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with Japan HQ and local regulations.

  • Serve as the key liaison with Japan HQ, handling communications, reports, and requests.

  • Manage Japanese expatriate HR matters including performance evaluations, meetings, and guidance on local HR practices.

  • Oversee expatriate compensation & benefits, ensuring compliance with local and international policies.

  • Facilitate cross-functional communication between top management, regional teams, and local HR.

Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in HR, corporate planning, or international HR operations (expatriate management preferred).

  • Open to candidates with experience in Personal Assistant and Employee Engagement

  • Fluency in both Japanese and English (written & spoken).

  • Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills.

  • Familiarity with Japanese business culture and experience in multinational environments.
