Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with Japan HQ and local regulations.
Serve as the key liaison with Japan HQ, handling communications, reports, and requests.
Manage Japanese expatriate HR matters including performance evaluations, meetings, and guidance on local HR practices.
Oversee expatriate compensation & benefits, ensuring compliance with local and international policies.
Facilitate cross-functional communication between top management, regional teams, and local HR.
Requirement
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 5 years' experience in HR, corporate planning, or international HR operations (expatriate management preferred).
Open to candidates with experience in Personal Assistant and Employee Engagement
Fluency in both Japanese and English (written & spoken).
Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with Japanese business culture and experience in multinational environments.
