The Role

Take ownership and build something that lasts:

• Stand up the IT function, including governance, processes, and an operating framework
• Design and execute an IT strategy and roadmap tied to business priorities
• Architect scalable infrastructure and oversee systems implementation, including ERP
• Establish cybersecurity, data governance, and IT policy standards
• Manage IT budgets, vendors, and external technology partners
• Deliver IT projects end-to-end whilst maintaining operational reliability
• Recruit and develop an internal IT team as the function grows

What We're Looking For

You'll bring the following to the table:

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline
• 8+ years across IT functions, with a track record of building a function from scratch
• Experience in operational environments such as healthcare, logistics, warehousing, or supply chain (including WMS)
• Solid expertise in IT strategy, infrastructure, ERP implementation, and vendor management
• Working knowledge of frameworks including COBIT 5, ITIL, or ISO 27001
• The confidence to lead independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment
