The Role

Take charge of a broad and varied IT environment:

• Oversee IT infrastructure, networks, cloud services, and day-to-day systems support
• Lead cybersecurity compliance and ensure IT policies and controls are effectively implemented
• Support and maintain D365FO ERP and other business applications
• Drive IT project delivery and automation initiatives across the organisation
• Manage disaster recovery, business continuity, and backup controls
• Oversee vendor and service provider relationships
• Maintain IT asset records, software licences, and technical documentation
• Partner with business stakeholders to align IT with operational requirements

What We're Looking For

A grounded IT professional ready to lead:

• A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline
• Solid background in IT operations, infrastructure, and systems management
• Strong grounding in networks, cybersecurity, cloud platforms, and enterprise applications
• Hands-on ERP support experience; D365FO familiarity is a distinct advantage
• Proven vendor management and IT project leadership skills
• Relevant professional certifications - e.g. ITIL, PMP, PRINCE2, or Microsoft/Cisco/cybersecurity - are a plus
