The Role
Owning infrastructure performance across a broad, multi-site environment:
  • Define and deliver IT strategy aligned to wider business priorities
  • Oversee the full infrastructure stack - servers, networks, hardware, and software
  • Implement and enforce cybersecurity policies and lead incident response
  • Manage IT projects end-to-end, keeping timelines and budgets on track
  • Lead vendor relationships and negotiate third-party service agreements
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of IT professionals
  • Provide L3 support at headquarters and L1/L2 support for plant entities
  • Travel periodically to domestic and international sites to support operations
What We're Looking For
A technically strong, people-focused leader who gets things done:
  • Solid experience managing IT infrastructure in a complex or multi-site environment
  • Strong technical grounding in networks, servers, and cybersecurity
  • A track record of leading and developing small IT teams
