The Role

A broad, high-impact remit awaits. Here's what you'll be leading:

• Directing enterprise IT shared services across infrastructure, service desk, end-user computing, identity and access management, and collaboration platforms
• Owning the enterprise cybersecurity strategy - governance, risk management, incident response, and regulatory compliance
• Overseeing security operations including vulnerability management, endpoint security, access control, and security monitoring
• Working closely with IT Business Partners and cross-functional teams to align technology capabilities with business priorities
• Building and developing multidisciplinary IT and cybersecurity teams, with a focus on accountability, performance, and continuous growth
• Establishing KPIs, governance frameworks, and reporting tools to track operational health and service performance
• Leading business continuity, disaster recovery, and operational resilience planning
  
  
  

What We're Looking For

Strategic thinkers with real operational credibility will thrive here. You'll need:

• Over 10 years of progressive IT leadership, with hands-on experience in Shared Services/GBS environments
• Strong, demonstrable cybersecurity expertise spanning governance, risk management, and security operations
• Proven vendor management, budgeting, and operational governance capabilities
• A collaborative leadership style with the ability to influence at senior stakeholder level
• A degree in IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline
