IT Business Analyst / IT Product Owner (Onboarding)

Job Responsibilities

  • Define and drive the product direction, roadmap, and success measures, ensuring alignment with business objectives, customer needs, and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage and prioritize the product backlog, translating business goals into well-defined features, user stories, and functional requirements.
  • Conduct business analysis activities including stakeholder workshops, process reviews, requirement gathering, and documentation of business and system needs.
  • Act as the bridge between business stakeholders, technology teams, UX/UI designers, QA, and other delivery partners to ensure clear communication and alignment.
  • Support Agile delivery activities such as sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives while ensuring priorities are clearly understood.
  • Collaborate with design teams to refine customer journeys, workflows, wireframes, and user experiences.
  • Oversee solution validation by supporting SIT, UAT, defect management, release readiness, and deployment activities.
  • Monitor product performance, customer feedback, and operational metrics to identify enhancement opportunities and drive continuous improvement.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Business Technology, or a related discipline.
  • At least 6 years of experience in Product Owner, Business Analyst, Product Management, or similar roles.
  • Strong understanding of Agile delivery frameworks, Scrum practices, and product lifecycle management.
  • Proven experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, business requirements, process flows, and functional specifications.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into practical technology solutions.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Hands-on experience with delivery and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Miro, or Figma.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in fast-paced, evolving environments.
