The Role
Taking ownership across both application support and project delivery, you'll keep finance systems running smoothly while driving meaningful improvements.
  • Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support across key finance modules - GL, AP, AR, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, and financial reporting
  • Maintain system stability and ensure coverage during month-end closing activities
  • Gather and refine business requirements through stakeholder workshops and analysis sessions
  • Translate business needs into solution specifications and collaborate with vendors on delivery
  • Drive continuous improvement through root cause analysis and process recommendations
  • Support end-user training, change adoption, and knowledge-base development
What We're Looking For
A strong mix of financial knowledge and technical skills will set you apart.
  • Degree in IT, Computer Science, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
  • At least 3 years' experience in FMCG or IT consulting
  • Hands-on experience with ERP finance modules - ideally Oracle EBS or Oracle Fusion Financials
  • Exposure to tools such as SAP Ariba, Oracle Hyperion, Power BI, or LHDN MyInvois platforms
  • Working knowledge of relational databases (Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, MySQL)
  • Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management ability
  • Mandarin proficiency is a plus
