The Role

• Serve as a trusted Subject Matter Expert to key stakeholders across the business
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, empowering stakeholders for long-term self-sufficiency
• Champion continuous improvement and contribute to the strategic technical roadmap
• Develop clear documentation and lead training to support new system and process rollouts
• Identify, assess, and communicate emerging risks to support leadership in prioritising responses
• Mentor and guide fellow analysts, maintaining quality across project and testing objectives

What We're Looking For

If this sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you:

• 5-10 years of relevant experience, ideally within the insurance industry
• Working knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle, Agile methodology, and general insurance concepts
• Proven skills in requirements gathering, business process modelling, and change management
• Comfortable in a collaborative, team-oriented Agile environment
• A degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline
• Experience coaching or mentoring within an analysis team is a strong advantage
