The Role
Here's where you'll focus your energy:
  • Driving integrated business development across advertising, retail, telco, digital, and placemaking opportunities
  • Developing commercial solutions and strategic partnerships that deliver long-term value for commuters and stakeholders
  • Leading the development of integrated commercial, digital, and telco product offerings across transit assets
  • Identifying opportunities in retail, F&B, placemaking, and activations to strengthen station vibrancy
  • Positioning transit spaces as impactful platforms for brands, agencies, and communities
  • Collaborating across functions to execute commercial initiatives, activations, and pilot projects
  • Preparing executive-level proposals, management papers, and stakeholder presentations
What We're Looking For
A seasoned commercial leader with the following:
  • Eight to fifteen years' experience across business development, retail, property, media sales, telco, or integrated marketing
  • Proven ability to identify opportunities, build commercially viable solutions, and negotiate strategic partnerships
  • Strong executive-level communication, presentation, and storytelling skills
  • Excellent stakeholder management and project management capabilities
  • A strategic, self-driven mindset suited to a fast-paced, complex environment
