The Role

A client-facing role where your bancassurance expertise and advisory skills take centre stage:

• Achieve sales targets across affluent and high-value customer segments within the bancassurance portfolio
• Work alongside relationship managers to deliver tailored insurance and financial planning recommendations
• Conduct portfolio reviews and propose solutions aligned to each client's risk profile and financial goals
• Coach and update internal teams on new products, market developments and technical knowledge through joint appointments
• Plan and host customer engagement events at branch and regional level
• Provide post-sale support to clients, including assistance with claims, policy amendments and service enquiries

What We're Looking For

Bring your bancassurance background and a results-driven mindset:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in bancassurance, life insurance or financial services, ideally within a banking environment
• Valid PCE, CEILI and TBE licences - essential
• Minimum SPM qualification with 5 credits
• Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal and advisory skills
• Sales-oriented with a genuine passion for delivering quality financial advice to clients
