About Our Client

Our client is a global leading logistic company. It is a great organization that supports and encourages career growth and excellence. Being a dynamic organization, they are looking for a professional individual to apply to the role of Immigration Consultant.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary resource for existing, and future employees/clients regarding all aspects of immigration.
• Coordinate Malaysia Immigration work permit related matters.
• To prepare immigration applications and manage the visa application process from end-to-end.
• Respond to immigration questions, review issues and employee concerns and escalate legal issues when necessary.
• Manage clients' portfolios from end-to-end of the case life cycle.
• Maintain knowledge of changes in immigration policies/regulations and communicate to stakeholders timely.

Requirements

• Degree in International Relations, business, or similar is preferred.
• 5 years of professional experience in Immigration Consultant.
• Must be motivated, energetic and able to work as a part of a team.
• Must have strong communication and negotiation skills as the job is centred on communication with the clients, colleagues and authorities.
• Must be able to work to tight deadlines even when under pressure, whilst still being able to provide a high level of customer service.
