About the Role
This HR generalist analyst will be responsible for the end-to-end processing of employee life-cycle transactions (on-boarding, off-boarding, personnel master file maintenance, timecards and payroll processing etc. They are urgently looking for someone to be onboard with a 6 months contract.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Administration/maintenance of personnel data & Creation of employee contracts
  • Administration and maintenance of vendor records
  • Processing of payrolls and related statutory reporting requirements
  • Interpretation and administration of Award/Legislation/Statutory reporting
  • Maintain electronic and hard copy personnel files at all times whilst complying with confidentiality requirements.
  • Contribute to the design, delivery and continual improvement of leading practices and ad hoc projects as needed
  • Close monitoring of Cherwell ticketing tool in order to provide comprehensive reply and quick turnaround and solutions to both internal and external stakeholder's query and issues.
  • Provide accurate data entry of employee details in Oracle HCM and consisting updating of records where necessary

Key skills & experience:

  • Experienced HR generalist or payrolling experience will be great
  • 4+ years' experience within human resources, including a proven track record as a people manager
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills, hands on and a positive attitude are essential
  • Experience working in a shared services centre would be an advantage
