The Role

Own Workday reporting across the full HRIS ecosystem:

• Design, build, and maintain advanced Workday reports, dashboards, and discovery boards
• Develop calculated fields and role-specific worklets for different user groups
• Work with HR, Payroll, and IT stakeholders to deliver tailored reporting solutions
• Troubleshoot reporting issues and manage ad hoc requests
• Build cross-functional reports spanning multiple Workday modules
• Collaborate with the AMS provider on enhancements and best practice adoption
• Test and validate reporting during Workday release cycles
• Deliver end-user training and maintain documentation to promote self-service adoption

What We're Looking For

A Workday reporting specialist ready to make an impact:

• 5+ years of hands-on Workday reporting experience
• Strong technical proficiency in Report Writer, Calculated Fields, and Dashboards
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline
• Confident communicator with solid stakeholder management skills
• Cross-module Workday experience is a distinct advantage
