The Role
Leading functional design and optimisation across the employee lifecycle, you'll be responsible for:
  • Designing end-to-end HR process flows across core HR, recruitment, performance, rewards, and workforce administration
  • Translating HR strategy and policy into clear functional requirements and system-enabled outcomes
  • Partnering with HR stakeholders to simplify and harmonise processes prior to system configuration
  • Collaborating with IS and vendor teams to ensure solutions reflect intended business outcomes
  • Defining acceptance criteria and supporting UAT to validate delivered solutions
  • Driving functional governance across change impact assessment, prioritisation, and release readiness
  • Monitoring process performance and user feedback to identify continuous improvement opportunities
What We're Looking For
An experienced HR systems professional with functional depth and strategic perspective:
  • 8-12 years in HR operations, HR transformation, or People Systems functional roles
  • Proven experience designing end-to-end HR processes across the full employee lifecycle
  • Ability to translate HR policy and business needs into system-enabled process design
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise HR platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors
  • Confident collaborating across HR, IS, and vendor teams in complex organisations
  • Background in regulated or large enterprise environments preferred
